WE use your existing payment platform (CPA Charge, Quick Fee, etc.). In a future version of this solution we will be offering payment services. As such, reconciliation with CCH takes place via your payment system, not this application.  


App users can set up payment plans by navigating to the Payment Plans page, clicking the + in the top right corner, selecting a client and clicking the + next to the client name. Enter a start date (first payment due), the number of months and the amount will calculate automatically. The payment schedule generated will be visible within the app and reporting, and will be used to independently track client compliance with the payment plan agreement. 


To modify a payment plan, select the existing plan and make the necessary changes to term or amount. Saving will remove the previous payment schedule and establish a new one.

The revised AR Minder Pro Power Platform solution that includes user-controlled system settings, data exports, establishing payment plans, and client exclusions list in addition to snooze feature.  New user interface. Includes many optimizations and upgrades compared to version 1 - both back-end and front-end. Allows for multiple users in approval flows.
